Sarah Palin is in fact an remarkable American. Having to put up with all the jokes and criticism by the media would be difficult for anyone and I think she has handled that reasonably well. The Katie Couric interview (no offense to Katie Couric because she is an amazing journalist) did seem a bit arbitrary. However, I don't think her invitation for Levi to spend Thanksgiving with them was meaningful. Sarah couldn't really want to spend Thanksgiving with someone she accused of lying. Could she? Although she has made mistakes, we all have made mistakes and I don't think it's fair to hold it over her.
